On camp the thing that i’m looking forward to is the food. Because i like food and they said the food will be yummy. The second going on the boat all the way to camp bentzon because we are going to see dolphins and whales maybe. The 3rd is all the activity we are going to do there is heaps of activities like kayaking,playing and all of the other stuff.

Hopa Athletics day

Dear helpers thank you for all the help that you gave us. You guys are the best for helping us we will write you a thank you letter. For all the help that you gave us in this wonderful day on friday.

Athletics day was so much fun there was high jump,target ball,sprints,relays, and dodge ball. they were so much fun all of pt england school they were heaps of sports. Athletics was awesome i can’t thank you so much for your help.

My favourite part was sprinting because i like running but i am slow. But i just like it when people have a race they go very fast. That’s all i like about racing. The fun part i liked about it was that we competed each others. And see who wins in a race?.

Next year i will be year 7 and next year athletics day will be funner because we will do the same stuff this year. But next year i will be going rainbows end it will be fun once i am year 7. I can’t wait ti’ll next year.

I enjoyed playing every event that they did i liked it so much. I learned that it is not who wins or loses it is all about having fun with each other.

Walt: write about the weekends

On the weekends we went to a tangi it was  Uncle’s tangi. We sang songs and after we finished i was playing tag with my friends and family it was very cool. My mother and father thinks it is so cool. but my family get sloppy sometimes

Because we have to do heaps and heaps of work even the little kids. And after all of that we have a break and go home when we got home my mum said we have to goto sleep for church so then we went to sleep just to go to church.

We woke up and went to church it was boring sometimes it is boring and sometimes it isn’t. We had egg sandwich,cakes,oranges,normal eggs,and some chips it was so yummy. That is why i like it when church is finished. So we got ready to go back home and go to sleep.

Walt: write a recount about our experience

Have you built a tower out of paper before well we did. We built a very high 6 feet tower big it was it was huge.

I was so excited what we were going to do. Until I heard my teacher I was about to get scared in my mind I was saying what are we going to do today and it was? Building a tower out of paper we were going to get 4 to 6 or 7 panthers and my one was Deavay, Justice, Awathan, Lepa, and me so there were 5 of us and when we started planning.

Our teacher Mr Goodwin started saying we are going to use these materials scissor a long piece of tape and a planning paper our group was so confident but our teacher do not start or else? You go to detention

I was so confused at first but I got use to it that was so fun when we started building but not yet we started we needed to do the introduction then we start building.

We started building we had tape to stick it on the ground and we made a big tower out of tubes and the other people started copying and the other group of boys said there copy catters they copied us but we didn’t we started building higher and higher but not that high because it will be unstable the more higher the more it was going to fall so we made it a little small and then we tape it to all of the newspapers and we added one on the side and then there .

Our team came first and i learned that make sure it is not fin and big and the girls came 2nd and the other girls came 3rd the other boys group came 4th and the girls group came 5th i had so much fun. I learned that you don’t come first but it is how much fun you have.
